Presentation
The talk of the plenary speakers should last 25 minutes with 5 minutes questions (30 minutes in total), whereas the duration of the regular presentations should last 12 minutes with 3 minute question time (15 minutes in total). Presentations can be made in either 16:9 or 4:3 format, but former is highly recommended. Presentation text has to be English, whereas the talk can be held in English or Hungarian. The presentations can be uploaded in the morning, during lunch or coffee breaks. The presentations have to be uploaded before the session of the presenter starts to avoid delays.
Poster
Poster can be made up to A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in size and have to vertical. The posters will be distributed onto white poster stands. Text on the posters should be English. Each presenter will find their name on the top of the poster stand. Tools for installing the poster will be given on site.
