Dear Colleague,

For the conference registration please fill in the registration form below and press „submit registration” to finalize your registration. The button activates after you confirmed “I’m am not a robot”. You will receive a confirmation letter after your submission on the e-mail you provided during your registration. Conference abstracts and short summaries should be send to the following e-mail: conference@epss.hu. You can download the guidelines for both documents from https://kgvgy16.epss.hu/templates-and-logo/ webpage. Deadline for the registration and abstract/short summary submission are 01.08.2026. We kindly ask you to provide all the information until the deadline.

Students can apply for student travel/registration grant by sending a short description about their research and where they are now in their study to conference@epss.hu. The deadline for the grant application is: 01.08.2026. Should you have any further questions, please write an e-mail to conference@epss.hu.

Conference fees (note: registration fee does not cover accomodation):

Member of the Hungarian Geological Society (senior): 79000 HUF
Not a member Hungarian Geological Society (senior): 89000 HUF
Member of the Hungarian Geological Society (student): 60000 HUF
Not a member of the Hungarian Geological Society (student): 65000 HUF
